Last Exhibition Spaces for Reunion UKIFDA EXPO 2022

1st February 2022

With 80% of available stand space already sold, the UKIFDA EXPO 2022 is shaping up to be a sell-out event. The countdown is on for the liquid fuel distribution industry’s return to the Exhibition Centre Liverpool on 27th and 28th April 2022.

Post-Christmas, event organiser, the UK and Ireland Fuel Distributors Association (UKIFDA) has seen a stream of bookings for the industry’s premier exhibition which, for the first time since the Covid pandemic in 2019, returns as an in-person event.

Four Forums – one brilliant event

Combining the exhibition, the Future Fuels Conference as well as the popular awards dinner and reception, EXPO promises industry innovation, leading speakers, and plenty of networking opportunities. All are supported by the conference app that allows delegates to stay up to date throughout the two-day event.

Now almost full, UKIFDA Chief Executive Ken Cronin is encouraging companies to book their stand space now. He said: “We’re looking forward to being back and hosting a physical event in Liverpool once more. For those companies that might be considering booking, please do quickly as there are not many stands left.

“It’s heartening to see so many businesses keen to get back to meeting in person, with all the benefits and opportunities this offers. We have a first-rate event for you!”

Confirmed exhibitors for EXPO 2022

He continues: “We’re delighted Phillips 66 Limited is the headline sponsor and we already have many exhibitors secured. The Future Fuels Conference is also attracting a lot of interest this year with leading experts sharing knowledge and directions for the industry’s future – there’s a lot to look out for.”

Regular exhibitors including Road Tankers Northern (RTN), COBO, Magyar, Essar, Kingspan, and Emco Wheaton have confirmed, to name a few.

New exhibitors this year will include Road Tankers Armagh Ltd, Metreel, EW Fuel Management Ltd, Commercial Fuel Solutions, D.Tec International Ltd and many more.

Get involved

Urging potential exhibitors to get in touch fast, Dawn Shakespeare, UKIFDA Membership and Events Manager, said: “It’s going to be our 42nd EXPO and with it being our reunion EXPO, enthusiasm for the exhibition is building by the day.

“The event in Liverpool is particularly poignant this year. With our ‘Back for the Future’ theme, it’s more than just a reunion. After what,  let’s face it, has been a challenging few years, it’s going to be an informative look ahead across the supply chain that will help us to shape the future of our industry, together.”
