Book your Show Dinner and delegate tickets to avoid disappointment.
Exhibition space has already sold out for the newly introduced one-day UKIFDA Show & Conference, which is taking place on 10th May 2023 at the CBS Arena in Coventry.
Advising people to book tickets straight away, Dawn Shakespeare, UKIFDA Membership and Events Manager, said: “We have been stunned by the response from the exhibitors, with many saying this will be the go-to event of the year.
“As was the case at EXPO in April, when the dinner was highly oversubscribed, we are expecting a similar demand for this show, and we don’t want people to miss out and be disappointed. Therefore, we have decided to open the dinner and delegate booking earlier than we would normally.”
Once again, Phillips 66 is the headline sponsor for the event, which will bring together the fuel distribution supply chain to showcase, debate and understand the latest developments and technologies shaping the sector’s future. A broad range of companies will be displaying their innovative products and services in an already sold-out exhibition space with the content-rich conference running alongside.
The UKIFDA Show Dinner, sponsored by Mabanaft, will be held in The Premier Lounge at the CBS Arena. Pre-dinner drinks will be served with fabulous live background music and the opportunity to mingle. A delicious three-course meal will be followed by an after dinner speaker, and the all-important Awards presentations will bring the event to a close. Claire Charlton, Head of Sales & Marketing, Mabanaft commented: “Mabanaft is delighted to be sponsoring the UKIFDA Show 2023 Dinner.”
The Show Dinner provides the perfect opportunity to socialise with industry colleagues and celebrate the people and sector successes. Be sure to book your tickets, which are £130 per person, to secure your places. We hope you will join us.
The industry-leading all-day conference line-up is in its planning stages and is already shaping up to deliver a day of highly engaging content. Commenting on what delegates can expect, UKIFDA CEO Ken Cronin said: “This conference will include key topics we know people want to hear about, such as the cost of living, supply, future fuels and recruitment, to name but a few. The conference content and line-up will be released in the New Year.”
Doors will open at 9.30 a.m., and the event will finish around 5.00 p.m., providing plenty of time to visit the exhibitors, attend the sessions and network. The President’s pre-dinner drinks reception commences at 6.30 p.m., followed by dinner at 7.30 p.m.
Delegate tickets are now available to purchase at £12.00 per ticket. These will be required to gain entry to the Exhibition and Conference and must be pre-purchased.
