The UK and Ireland Fuel Distributors Association (UKIFDA) is pleased to announce that nominations for the Customer Service Award 2025, sponsored by Worldpay, are now open.
The Customer Service Award celebrates outstanding talent in customer service at a regional or national level.
Explaining more about the award, Ken Cronin, CEO of UKIFDA, said: “This award is dedicated to individuals who consistently go above and beyond for customers.
“For example, those that transform customer service through innovative initiatives, systems or the introduction of technology. Maybe they have a real talent for resolving customer issues that resulted in new business opportunities – we want to hear all about them.”
The nominee must be employed by a UKIFDA member company and have worked at the company for at least a year.
