Reward leading innovation

The Fuel Oil News sponsored Innovation Award recognises businesses that are leading change through innovative ideas, technologies and approaches. This could include a groundbreaking product or service that advances fuel distribution, a new business model or concept that significantly impacts the sector, or a partnership or trial that introduces a fresh approach with proven results.

HOW TO ENTER

1. Check your nomination meets the CRITERIA.

2. Complete the details in SECTION 1.

3. Complete SECTION 2.

4. Please email the entry and any supporting evidence to ds@ukifda.org before the closing date of 20th March 2025.

CRITERIA

Your nomination must:

  • Be either a UKIFDA member or a non-member.
  • A UKIFDA member must make the nomination for a non-member company or organisation.
  • Be able to evidence the difference the activity or innovation delivers.
  • Have made or is likely to make a positive contribution to the fuel distribution industry.

Your nomination may, for example:

  • Be a new patent or design blueprint relevant to liquid fuel distribution.
  • Demonstrate improved efficiency, cost, time and safety.
  • Be a new distribution method, subscription service or digital platform.
  • Showcase a new trial or pilot testing programme with results.
  • A new business model or idea making an impact on the sector.

The UKIFDA assessment team review all applications received and its decision is final.
