Announcement: Shortlist for the UKIFDA Customer Service Award 2025 Revealed

The UK and Ireland Fuel Distributors Association (UKIFDA) is pleased to reveal the shortlist for the renowned UKIFDA Customer Service Award, sponsored by Worldpay.

This award celebrates outstanding talent in customer service. It is dedicated to individuals who consistently go above and beyond for their customers, innovative through new initiatives or technologies, and deliver exceptional support that resolves issues and leads to new business opportunities.

The shortlisted customer service stars are:

• Pam Arnasalam- Certas Energy
• Jack Helliwell – Ukay Fuels (Hadleigh) Limited

The winner will be announced during the UKIFDA SHOW 2025, which will take place on May 14, 2025, at the Leeds Arena.

The UKIFDA SHOW 2025 is a leading industry event that offers an excellent opportunity for networking and discovering the latest innovations in the fuel distribution sector.
