Further details can be found here: https://www.gov.uk/guidance/apply-for-energy-bill-support-for-non-domestic-properties

For companies that cannot apply online, please call the helpline.

Telephone: 0808 1753944, which is open Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm (except public holidays)

Businesses are urged to apply now, as the portal closes on April 28th.

UKIFDA notes that the government has launched the portal for non-domestic alternative fuel users based off the gas grid and using kerosene in their businesses.

The portal will allow individuals, organisations or businesses with non-domestic properties that are not connected to the gas grid to apply for the £150 alternative fuel payment if they have not received it automatically or are applying for top-up payments. Top-up payments can be applied for if more than 10,000 litres are used annually per premises. The exact payment depends on the volume used.
