UKIFDA EXPO 2024: Event App Now Available

11th March 2024

One month to go until the doors open at the UKIFDA EXPO and Conference 2024, and the organiser, trade association the UK and Ireland Fuel Distributors Association (UKIFDA), has launched the event’s app, WHOVA.

The app allows delegates, exhibitors and sponsors to share information, arrange meetings, and plan their visit to the event, which takes place on 10th and 11th April 2024 at the Exhibition Centre Liverpool.

The two-day gathering brings together the whole liquid fuel distribution industry supply chain with a host of exhibitors and over 20 expert speakers confirmed for this year’s Future Opportunities conference, which will provide thought-provoking sessions and engaging discussions.

To make the most of the event, Ken Cronin, UKIFDA Chief Executive, recommends that pre-registered delegates download the app: “Once attendee tickets are purchased, the app can be downloaded, and attendees can access sponsor and exhibitor information and plan their visit. Attendees can also share contact information, introduce themselves, and start conversations with other attendees, exhibitors, and sponsors.”

Gain industry insight – add speakers to a personalised agenda

Delegates can view the Conference Programme, which includes a host of experts from political HVO pioneer George Eustice MP to Principal Engineers from JCB, adding their sessions to create a personalised event agenda.

Offering inspiring innovation, industry action plan updates and roundtable discussions, the Future Opportunities conference covers all the topics influencing and driving the industry forward amid significant political, environmental, social and technological change.

What’s trending in the industry – visit the right exhibitors

The app also allows delegates to see the companies exhibiting and uncover their latest innovations. Many exhibitors are already using the app to share product or service updates and launch videos. Delegates can visit exhibitors’ digital ‘booths’ to earmark who they’ll be visiting over the two days, benefit from exhibitor promotional offers, and send enquiries directly.

Get event updates

Attendees can also see the event schedule and receive announcements made via the app, including any changes or updates on the day, allowing delegates to stay up to date before, during and, for a limited time, after the event.

The Advanced Delegate tickets are now available for purchase at £12.00 each. Tickets on the day will increase to £15.00.

“Purchasing tickets in advance will give you hassle-free and quick entry to the UKIFDA Show and Conference,” says event manager Dawn Shakespeare. “It is the most important collective event of the calendar for anyone involved in the liquid fuel distribution industry, and we look forward to welcoming everyone soon.”
