From outstanding drivers and customer service teams to innovative depots and sustainability champions, these awards honour those who go above and beyond to shape a stronger, safer and more forward-looking industry.
The UKIFDA Driver of the Year Award, sponsored by OAMPS Hazardous Industries, celebrates the exceptional tanker drivers who keep our industry moving, recognising not only those who excel in delivery standards, safety and customer service, but also the drivers who act as ambassadors for their company, support colleagues and consistently go above and beyond.
The closing date for entries is 26 February 2026.
The Innovation Award, sponsored by Fuel Oil News, celebrates companies that bring fresh thinking to the liquid fuel distribution sector, whether through new technology, smarter processes, customer-focused improvements, digital tools, equipment upgrades or creative problem-solving.
The Green Award, sponsored by Oilshield, recognises businesses making real, practical progress toward a lower-carbon future, whether through renewable fuels, operational improvements, smarter processes or environmental protection.
The Young Person of the Year Award, sponsored by Just Tankers, celebrates emerging talent in our industry. We’re looking for candidates from across the UKIFDA membership who demonstrate commitment, innovation and the potential to help shape the future of fuel distribution.
The Customer Service Award, sponsored by Worldpay, recognises individuals who deliver exceptional service to domestic, commercial or agricultural customers. This award highlights the everyday professionalism, empathy, quick thinking and problem-solving that builds trust in our industry.
UKIFDA’s Technical Manager will select the Pen Underwriting Depot of the Year Award after reviewing and inspecting the membership’s depots.
