This year’s awards are easier to enter than ever, providing an excellent opportunity for businesses of all sizes to gain recognition.
Taking place on 14 May 2025 at the First Direct Arena in Leeds, the UKIFDA Show 2025 Awards will be presented throughout the day and evening, adding a dynamic new element to the event.

Deadline: EXTENDED to 21 March 2025: Driver of the Year Award Nominate an outstanding liquid fuels delivery driver for the OAMPS Driver of the Year Award. This award recognises those who excel in delivery standards, demonstrate quick thinking and exceed expectations. It also honours drivers who serve as ambassadors for their company and mentor their peers.

Deadline: 20 March 2025: Innovation and Green Awards Two awards with this deadline include the Innovation Award and Green Award, which are open to UKIFDA members and non-member companies. For both awards, a member company must make a nomination for a non-member company.
The Fuel Oil News Innovation Award recognises businesses that are leading change through innovative ideas, technologies and approaches. This could include a groundbreaking product or service that advances fuel distribution, a new business model or concept that significantly impacts the sector, or a partnership or trial that introduces a fresh approach with proven results.
The Oilshield Green Award recognises businesses and organisations making significant strides toward a decarbonised future and may include companies that have reduced carbon emissions or waste, developed environmental protection policies, or made progress in promoting renewable fuels and sustainable practices. It’s an opportunity to showcase a commitment to a greener world.
Deadline: 30 March 2025: Young Person of the Year and Customer Service Awards Celebrating the industry’s top young individuals, the Just Tankers Young Person of the Year Award recognises emerging talent. Nominees must demonstrate commitment, innovation and the potential to inspire others. This award is for those making a meaningful impact early in their careers, particularly in areas like sustainability and operational improvements.
The Worldpay Customer Service Award applauds outstanding talent in customer service. It is for dedicated individuals who consistently go above and beyond for customers and transform customer service through innovative initiatives or technologies.
UKIFDA’s Technical Manager will select the Pen Underwriting Depot of the Year Award after reviewing and inspecting the membership’s depots.
